A motif of the personal flag of Queen Elizabeth II and a design depicting the Queen attending a service of remembrance and thanksgiving to commemorate the 25th Anniversary of the liberation of the Falkland Islands, from the Falkland Islands Memorial Chapel, Pangbourne College. After the commemoration the Queen placed a final stone from the Falklands – which was blessed during the service – on top of 254 other such stones, to form a memorial cairn.
