Coins minted in Milano, called "Crocione" have FRANCISC instead of FRANC on obverse legend. Some (1799-1801, KM#246) have a different edge text IUSTITIA ET FIDE. Dates 1799 and 1800 of Milano were minted during the Austro Russian restoration in place of Napoleon's République Cisalpine (27 avril 1799 - 02 juin 1800).
