Interesting fact
One interesting fact about this coin is that it was issued during the reign of Emperor Wanyan Liang, who was the first emperor of the Jin dynasty, which was established by the Jurchen people in northern China. The coin features an inscription that repeats the Chinese character "Yuanbao," which means "original treasure," and it was used as a standard circulation coin during the Zhenglong era, which lasted from 1158 to 1161 AD.
