Comment
The Slender Gold script was the personal calligraphy style of the Emperor.Hartill says these were cast in the Shaanxi region, but there are seemingly no known copper mints active at this time. With that being said, this mintmark was last used on coins from the Shaanzhou Mint, whose closing date is uncertain, so it is possible Shanzhou cast these.
Interesting fact
One interesting fact about this coin is that it features a unique combination of script styles. The obverse (front) side of the coin bears the inscription "天下稳" (Tianxia jing) in the Slender Gold script, while the reverse (back) side features the character "寳" (bao) in the Tongbao style. This blend of script styles was a common practice during the Northern Song dynasty, and it adds to the historical and cultural significance of the coin.
