Interesting fact
One interesting fact about this coin is that it features a unique blend of influences from both Chinese and Sogdian cultures. The coin's design incorporates elements of Chinese currency, such as the round shape and the use of bronze, while also showcasing Sogdian elements, like the use of the Nanchu/Banchu script and the Uncertain Sogdian mint. This blending of cultures reflects the rich cultural exchange that took place along the Silk Road, where Sogdiana was a key stopover for traders and travelers between China and the Mediterranean region.
