Comment
According to the type of portrait, mint date should be between 1665 and 1675. Later, the wig is curly. The date of 1658 given by Krause is only the start of Leopold's reign. Very early types are more simple (see 15 Kreuzer coins).
Interesting fact
The obverse of the coin features an image of Emperor Leopold I, while the reverse features the coat of arms of the Habsburg Empire. The coin was minted in Hall, which is now a part of Austria, and was used as a standard circulation coin during Leopold's reign. It's worth noting that the coin is made of silver and weighs 7.2 grams, which was a significant amount for a circulating coin at that time. Additionally, the coin's design and mintage location make it a valuable collector's item for numismatists today.
