Interesting fact
The obverse of the coin features an image of Frederick August II, the Elector of Saxony, dressed in royal attire and holding a scepter. The reverse side of the coin depicts the coat of arms of the Albertinian Line of the House of Wettin, which was the ruling dynasty of Saxony at the time. The coat of arms features a shield with the symbols of the Holy Roman Empire, including the imperial eagle and the imperial crown. This design was used on many coins issued by the Electorate of Saxony during this period, and it represents the close connection between the Saxon rulers and the Holy Roman Empire.
