Interesting fact
One interesting fact about the ¼ Thaler coin from Hungary, minted during the reign of Ferdinand I (1553-1556), is that it features a unique design element - a small shield with the Hungarian coat of arms, which was not commonly seen on coins of that time. This shield was added to the coin's design to signify the importance of Hungary as a part of the Habsburg Empire.
