Interesting fact

The ½ Thaler coin from Hungary, minted during the reign of Charles III (1732-1740), was made of silver and features an interesting design element - the coat of arms on the reverse side of the coin is surrounded by a wreath of laurel leaves, which was a symbol of victory and glory in ancient times. This design was meant to signify the power and prestige of the Habsburg Empire, which Hungary was a part of at the time.
