Interesting fact
The ⅓ Talara coin featuring Ksawery as Polish Prince (Drezno) 1764-1768 from the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth was made of silver, but it was also one of the first coins to feature a portrait of a Polish king on one side and the Polish eagle on the other. This design was a departure from the traditional coinage designs of the time, which often featured religious symbols or allegorical figures. The use of a portrait and the national emblem reflected the growing nationalism and independence movement in Poland during the 18th century.
