Interesting fact
One interesting fact about this coin is that it features the image of a mythical creature called the "Taras", which is a winged horse with a human head, on its obverse side. This coin was minted during the reign of the Persian Empire, and the Taras image was likely used to symbolize the city of Tarsos' connection to the Persian Empire.
