Issued as the first sovereign for King Charles III to commemorate the late HM Queen Elizabeth II, the proof coin was issued individually (2,866 sales) and in 3-coin (sales: 1,340; issue limit:1,500), 4-coin (sales: 674; issue limit: 750) and 5-coin sets (sales: 1,113; Issue Limit: 1,200). Issue limit: 6,480.The coin was also issued individually in bullion quality.
