Comment
The gold sovereign coin is a Tudor invention, initially commissioned in 1489 by Henry VII, the first Tudor monarch. Sovereigns were struck for over a hundred years by all the Tudor monarchs – and all their sovereign coins depicted an enthroned portrait of the monarch who issued the coin. Spectacularly remastering both side of the original 1489 gold sovereign.
Coin issued in set of 5 coins with mintage limit 4.999 pieces. Pictures avaliable here.
