This coin has been minted with 1771 frozen date until 1784. Three main variant can be described:
KM# 615.1 (1771; Altona Mint) "C" in monogram is 15 mm. high while "7" in monogram is 10 mm. high and have a thick cross bar. Wide crown above monogram. Widely spaced K.M. in value.
KM# 615.2 (1773; Copenhagen Mint) "C" in monogram is 16 mm. high while "7" in monogram is 9 mm. high and have a thin cross bar. Wide crown above monogram. Widely spaced K.M. in value.
KM# 615.3 (1784; Copenhagen Mint) "C" in monogram is 17 mm. high while "7" in monogram is 12 mm. high. Small but higher crown above thin monogram. Less spaced K.M. in value.

Interesting fact

The ½ Skilling Dansk coin from Denmark, issued during the reign of Christian VII in 1771, features an interesting design element.
