Krause lists a #5.1 and a #5.2 but does not differentiate the two. Both are silver, undated (but 1820-1835), and have the leafy spray (twig) before the end of "ra" on the obverse.KM# 5 is the silver plated copper variety of this coin.
Interesting fact
The ½ Rupee / Deb (Period I) ND (1820-1835) coin from Bhutan made of Silver is interesting because it features a unique blend of traditional Bhutanese design elements and Western-style coinage features. The coin's obverse side features a depiction of the Bhutanese dragon, known as a "druk," while the reverse side features the Bhutanese king's crown and the coin's denomination in both Bhutanese and English. This combination of traditional and modern elements makes the coin a fascinating piece of numismatic history.
