Comment
The currency has been minted Shahi (شاهی) instead of Rob'i (ربعی) in this variety, maybe by an error. Three letters (و ر ز) among legs of lion. Probably the letters و and ز are remnants of mintage date (likely و for ۹) and ر is the first letter of ربعی.
Interesting fact
One interesting fact about this coin is that it was minted during the reign of Moẓaffar od-Dīn Qājār, who was the Shah of Iran from 1896 to 1907. He was known for his efforts to modernize Iran and introduce new technologies, which is reflected in the design of this coin. The coin features a mix of traditional Persian motifs and modern elements, such as the use of the Persian alphabet and the inclusion of the Shah's crown and scepter. This blending of old and new styles is a unique feature of this coin and reflects the cultural and historical context in which it was minted.
