The Statue of Tyche on the reverse side of the coin is a representation of the goddess of fortune, Tyche, who was an important deity in ancient Mesopotamia. The statue depicts Tyche standing on a rocky outcrop, surrounded by a crescent moon and seven stars, which symbolize the seven planets known at the time. The image of Tyche was meant to convey the idea of the Roman Empire's prosperity and good fortune under the rule of Emperor Otacilia Severa.
