Interesting fact
The ½ Dicken coin from the City of Bern, made of silver and weighing 3.95g, was minted during the reign of Duke Simon II of Kiburg (1501-1564). It's interesting to note that during this time, the City of Bern was an independent state within the Old Swiss Confederacy, and the coin was likely used as a means of exchange and trade within the region.
