Interesting fact
One interesting fact about the 1920-1926 George V ½ Crown coin is that it was minted during a time of great change in the British Empire. The coin was introduced in 1920, just after the end of World War I, and was minted until 1926, during which time the Empire was going through significant transformations, including the granting of independence to several colonies and the establishment of the Commonwealth. Despite these changes, the coin remained a symbol of the Empire's power and influence, and its production continued uninterrupted throughout this period.
