Interesting fact
One interesting fact about the ¼ Cent Charles J. Brooke Rajah coin from Sarawak (British Malaysia) is that it was designed by Charles J. Brooke himself, who was the second White Rajah of Sarawak. He was a British adventurer and colonial administrator who ruled Sarawak from 1868 until his death in 1917. The coin features a portrait of Brooke on one side and a depiction of a Malay village on the other. It was minted in 1870 and was used as a circulating coin in Sarawak until 1896.
