Possibly an unpublished pseudo-autonomous issue from the time of Antoninus Pius imitating an older ancient Greek coin.

Interesting fact

The coin features an image of the Roman emperor Antoninus Pius on one side and a depiction of the goddess Tyche on the other. Tyche was the patron deity of Antioch, and her image on the coin symbolized the city's prosperity and good fortune.
